Mind Archive Pro is billed by Apple through the App Store. If you'd like to cancel or request a refund, please use Apple's manage subscriptions or reportaproblem.apple.com tools. We can help you find the right link if you get stuck — just email us.
The easiest way is from inside the app: Settings → Delete account. If you can't get in, see the web instructions or email us and we'll delete your account for you.
